Evening Menus

Our evening menus are available as an addition to your main wedding meal, and it’s always a very welcome treat for you and your guests. Typically, evening food is served at around 9pm which gives time for the party to get started, and the evening guests to settle in.


We recommend catering for the total number of guests with any of the below choices. 

Regional Cheese Platter


Somerset Brie, Ash Pyramid, Devon blue, Sharpham Rustic, Quickes Vintage Cheddar, with a selection of breads and biscuits, celery, grapes, apples, cherry tomatoes, figs, onions and chutneys.

A choice of our homemade pasties with chutneys, sauces and pickled onions served to your guests in our usher trays as they continue to party.


Traditional Pasty: Chunky steak with potato, swede and onion

A selection of breads brushed with oils and herbs, then toasted in our ovens.

Oriental Chicken Bowl

A feasting bowl bursting with colour and flavour.

Served to your guests from our usher trays as they continue to party.


 Ginger, lime and soy marinated chicken coated in a crispy crumb, with ponzu mayonnaise, spring onion and Asian slaw.

Freshly Baked Pizza

Our homemade stone baked pizzas are cooked with locally sourced ingredients, topped with Laverstoke Park buffalo mozzarella.

Gourmet Burgers

Our burgers are served in brioche buns and accompanied by skinny fries, picked cucumbers, sweet chilli jam, crispy onions, tomato sauce and jalapeños.


Please select either the house burger OR the chicken burger, plus the vegetarian alternative.


House Burger: Ground beef patty, Cheddar cheese, streaky bacon, watercress and radicchio salad, beef tomato, Dijon mayonnaise

Chicken Burger: Buttermilk chicken, watercress and radicchio salad, beef tomato, chilli bacon jam

Roasted

Roasted in our ovens and carved to order on wooden platters served with herb leaf salad, caramelised onions, coleslaw, pickles, mustards, sauces and breads.

Hog Boards

A whole Devon hog prepared by the Chefs – served as pulled pork shoulder, roasted loin and rib, cider braised and pan-fried belly, sticky ribs, sausages, stuffing and crackling.


 Chickpea and vegetable pakora (vn)


Served with homemade apple sauce, coleslaw, breads and English herb leaf salad.


£14.25 per person (Minimum 80 guests)

Barbecue

Cooked outside on a charcoal barbeque. Served with coleslaw, English herb leaf salad with vine tomatoes, Penne pasta with sour cream French beans and mange tout.  Also served with hot baby new potatoes with sea salt and black pepper, and a selection of breads. All of the following are included.


Cumin and lime chicken skewers, marinated rump steak, Dart's Farm sausages, cauliflower steaks (vegetarian/vegan option) marinated halloumi and pepper kebabs.
