Lunch and Dinner Reservations 

Since we opened back in 2016, Rockbeare Manor near Exeter has been a popular location for exclusive use weddings and events in Devon. We've welcomed a huge number of guests who have enjoyed the breathtaking location and the excellent food and service that we offer. We are awaiting with much anticipation some positive news, and relaxation in the current restrictions surrounding covid-19, but until that time we wanted to make sure that we could do all that we can to welcome people to enjoy and experience Rockbeare Manor in a whole new way!

In August 2020, we launched our Dine, Stay and Unwind events and we've been so thrilled with the response. Guests have loved being able to visit Rockbeare Manor in Devon, stay, relax and explore - something that normally isn't on offer when our events are in full swing. 

We have also welcomed guests to dine with us for Sunday lunch, and dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings which has been a pleasure. 

Due to the very challenging circumstances in which we are trying to operate, for the moment, lunch and dinner reservations are on hold. Please keep an eye on this page for further information.

Starters

Baked Quickes Cheddar and leek tart, quince jelly, honey emulsion (v)

Salmon and dill fishcakes with a saffron aioli

Antipasti platter (to share) - Beef bresola, parma ham, Milano salami, smoked chicken, mozzarella, asparagus, olives & sunblush tomatoes

Carrot and cashew nut paté, pickled vegetables, malthouse crostini (vn)

Main Courses

Sirloin of Devon beef, balsamic shallot, watercress salad and peppercorn sauce

Fillet of hake, saffron crushed new potatoes, spinach and a brown shrimp beurre noisette

Creedy Carver chicken supreme, fondant potato, pancetta and savoy cabbage fricassee with a hazelnut velouté

Sweet potato gnocchi, wild mushrooms, Talvan Farm cheese, sage butter and a English herb leaf salad (v)

Beetroot Wellington with puy lentils, chestnuts and butternut squash (vn)
