Spiced king prawn fritters, pan fried chorizo sausage, saffron sticky rice, salt and pepper squid, beef and oregano meatballs, olive and rosemary frittata, marinated artichokes, mixed olives and focaccia bread

Crayfish with pickled cucumbers, smoked salmon, crab mayonnaise, pollock and chive fishcakes, salt and pepper squid, lemon and dill tartare, samphire and sourdough



Devon rib of beef with roasted potatoes, carrots and horseradish

Moroccan lamb tagine with coriander couscous, roasted aubergines, red onion, courgettes with mint, chick pea salad and flatbread

Rolled leg of lamb roasted with garlic and lemon, Boulangier potato and mint sauce

Whole lemon roasted chicken stuffed with herb tabbouleh, served with a peppadew and rocket salad and

cucumber tzatziki

Slow cooked belly of pork with crackling, Colcannon mash and cider cream sauce

Sirloin of Devon beef with sautéed new potatoes, cherry vine tomatoes and salsa verde
