STARTERS

Please choose one starter, three main courses (including a vegetarian alternative) and one dessert.

Antipasti

Milano salami, mortadella, prosciutto, chorizo, smoked chicken, Quickes Vintage Cheddar, basil pesto bocconcini, asparagus, marinated artichoke hearts, mixed olives and ciabatta

 West Country platter

Quickes Vintage Cheddar, Cornish Brie, Devon glazed ham, roasted belly pork with cider chutney, pickled vegetables, asparagus, rapeseed oil and spelt bread

 Tapas platter

Spiced king prawn fritters, pan fried chorizo sausage, lemon and Parmesan sticky rice, salt and pepper squid, beef and oregano meatballs, sun dried tomato and pepper frittata, marinated artichokes, mixed olives and focaccia bread

 Persian platter

Lamb koftas, chicken shish, grilled halloumi, falafel, flatbread, red pepper houmous,  tzatziki, aubergine with garlic, tabbouleh, marinated artichokes, olives and tahini

 

MAIN COURSES

Devon rib of beef with roasted potatoes, carrots and horseradish

Moroccan lamb tagine with coriander couscous, roasted aubergines, red onion, courgettes with mint, chick pea salad and flatbread

Rolled leg of lamb roasted with garlic and lemon, gratin potato and mint sauce

Whole lemon roasted chicken stuffed with herb tabbouleh, served with a peppadew and rocket salad and cucumber tzatziki

Slow cooked belly of pork with crackling, savoy mash and cider cream sauce

Fillet of red mullet with crushed new potatoes and sauce vierge

Sweet potato gnocchi with wild mushrooms, Parmesan and sage butter

Lemon thyme risotto with broad beans, grilled asparagus and Parmesan

Moroccan vegetable tagine with almonds and sweet potato, coriander couscous and flatbread

 

All served with either a selection of seasonal vegetables or leaf salad

Milk chocolate brûlée, dark chocolate brownie and white chocolate mousse
