Evening Menus
Our evening menus are available as an addition to your main wedding meal, and it’s always a very welcome treat for you and your guests. Typically, evening food is served at around 9pm which gives time for the party to get started, and the evening guests to settle in.
We recommend catering for the total number of guests with any of the below choices.
Regional Cheese Platter
Somerset Brie, Driftwood goats’ cheese, Devon blue, Sharpham Rustic, Quickes Vintage Cheddar, with a selection of breads and biscuits, celery, grapes, apples, cherry tomatoes, figs, onions and chutneys.

Ploughmans Charcuterie Board
Quickes Vintage Cheddar, Somerset Brie, cider braised ham hock, smoked chicken, fennel Salami and prosciutto. Accompanied by our homemade focaccia and six seed malthouse, along with a selection of artisan crackers, pickled red onions, cornichons, heritage baby beetroot, vine tomatoes, rocket salad, figs, grapes and Devon apple and pear chutney.

Pasties
A choice of our homemade pasties with chutneys, sauces and pickled onions served to your guests in our usher trays as they continue to party.

A luxurious take on classic comfort food, with traditional Croque Monsieur topping, served roaming-style so guests can enjoy them throughout the party.

Street Style Flatbreads
Handheld indulgence with bold, vibrant flavours - perfect for guests to enjoy while mingling. Flavoursome, artisan flatbreads filled with fresh, punchy ingredients and silky confit garlic mayonnaise.
Fragrant Pulled Chicken Flatbread – tender, ginger and lime-marinated chicken with tangy pickled red onion, confit garlic mayonnaise and crisp salad.
Spiced Halloumi Flatbread (v) – warm halloumi, zingy pickled red onion, confit garlic mayo and a bright, crunchy salad.

Chicken, Slaw and Fries
A bowl bursting with colour and flavour. Served to your guests from our usher trays so the party never stops!
Ginger, lime and soy marinated chicken, ‘karaage’ style, served on Asian slaw with ponzo mayonnaise, and accompanied with golden fries.

Freshly Baked Pizza
Our homemade stone baked pizzas are cooked with locally sourced ingredients, topped with Buffalicious Somerset mozzarella. Brought around to you and your guests as you continue to party!

A whole Devon hog prepared by the Chefs – served as pulled pork shoulder, roasted loin and rib, cider braised and pan-fried belly, sticky ribs, sausages, stuffing and crackling.

Served with homemade apple sauce, coleslaw, breads and English herb leaf salad.
