TOURCHON TABLE FEAST

Perfect in Spring and Summer, the main course is served as a feast to your table allowing your guests to help themselves to the dishes that you have chosen.  Please choose three Main Courses including a vegetarian dish, three Salads, one Potato dish and one Dessert.

 

MAIN COURSES

Poached fillets and sliced beetroot cured salmon with a saffron caper aioli

Farfalle pasta, French bean, mint, crème fraîche and pancetta

Tabbouleh with tomatoes, peppers, red onion, feta and olives

Roasted Mediterranean vegetables with olives, herb oil and Montgomery shavings

Fusilli pasta with artichoke and sun blush tomato pesto

Waldorf salad – apple, walnut and celery

Chunky Caesar salad with spicy crouton

Heritage tomato salad with mozzarella, pine nuts and oregano

Warm chorizo, olive and rocket salad with ciabatta croutons

Traditional Greek salad

New potatoes with honey and dill

 Hot roast new potatoes with sour cream and chives

Sautéed potatoes with sea salt and cracked black pepper

Parmentier potatoes with red onion and parsley 

Served with a selection of breads with butter

 Individual pavlova with raspberries, strawberries and clotted cream

White chocolate cheesecake with strawberry compote

Caramel panna cotta with brandy snap and berry compote

Glazed apple and pistachio sponge with Calvados cream

Layered summer fruit pudding with clotted cream

Tiramisu with almond cantucci and chopped pistachios

Summer fruit and elderflower Champagne jelly with clotted cream and praline biscuit
