Scarlett joined the Rockbeare Manor team in May 2025 and her enthusiasm, dedication and genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences was clear from the start.  She finds it incredibly rewarding to play even a small part in one of the most important days in a couple's life and to share in such a joyful and memorable chapter of their story.

Her drive, commitment and love for the wedding industry has flourished during her time with us and Scarlett has become an invaluable member of the Event Manager team. 

Her warmth, professionalism and passion for delivering unforgettable weddings shines through in everything she does.

What do you love most about working in weddings and hospitality? 

One of my favourtie moments of a wedding day is sending the bridal party down the aisle. It is an intimate and emotional part of the day that is never quite the same twice, and one that still gives me goosebumps every time! I also love getting to know each couple, hearing their unique love stories and meeting people from all walks of life.

Your top tip for couples:

Allow yourselves time to focus on each other. We are here as Event Managers to look after you, your friends and family. It’s your day to celebrate love and the serendipity of life!
